General Terms and Conditions
The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is exclusively for consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.
The purchase contract is concluded with Parfumerie Gouttiere.
By placing products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these products. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained for this purpose during the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the products contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive a confirmation by email.

We do not store the contract text.
In addition to the stated product prices, standard shipping incurs shipping costs of 6.49 Euro.
We ship the products to the delivery address specified in the order process.
We deliver only by shipping. Unfortunately, self-collection of goods is not possible.
The following payment methods are generally available in our shop.
Credit Card
During the order process, you enter your credit card details. Your card will be charged immediately after placing the order.
PayPal, PayPal Express
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), you must be registered with PayPal, legitimize yourself with your access data, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out by PayPal immediately after placing the order. Further information can be found during the order process.
PayPal may offer registered PayPal customers, selected according to their own criteria, additional payment methods in the customer account. However, we have no influence on the offering of these modalities; further individually offered payment methods concern your legal relationship with PayPal. Further information on this can be found in your PayPal account.
The statutory warranty rights apply.
Information on any additional guarantees and their exact conditions can be found with the respective product and on special information pages in the online shop.
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS), which you can find here. We are not obliged and not willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
All content displayed in the online shop – in particular texts, graphics, logos, product descriptions, and images – is subject to copyright or other protective rights and may not be used, copied, or otherwise distributed without our express written consent.
This explicitly also applies to product images created with the help of AI technologies and independently edited by us. Any unauthorized use, especially for further use on other sales platforms or in social media, is prohibited and will be legally prosecuted if necessary.
